Full Bodywork Session

This full bodywork session may include any and all Lazaris Nerve Release Technique™️ Masterson Method™️ techniques, Cranio-Sacral techniques, Photonic Red Light Therapy, Sure Foot Equine Pads, and select essential oils, as well as sports massage. (All modalities will be utilized at the discretion of the Practitioner)

Overall, the goal of equine bodywork is to promote circulation, relieve tension/restriction, improve muscle tone, and relax muscle spasms, restore and expand range of motion. Years of stress and stiffness can often be resolved in a few sessions, by relieving built-up tension in core muscles and key junctions of the body that affect the horse’s performance.

A typical session lasts approximately 30-120 minutes. It’s all determined on the horse’s responses. Depending on your horse’s needs, the session may include some or all of the aforementioned modalities. I would be happy to discuss the possibilities and/or benefits for you and your horse.

Light touch is used to examine the movement of fluids and membranes in and around the central nervous system to release tension to promote the feeling of well being by eliminating pain and boosting the immune system.

SURE FOOT Equine Pads
SURE FOOT Equine Pads are designed for use with horses to improve balance, postural stability, proprioception, coordination, confidence, calmness and performance. The pads are included in a bodywork session with no extra charge.

Photonic Health Multi-Light
Some of the conditions the Photonic Red Light therapy works on are acute injuries, allergies, lead change issues, colic, lameness, tension in the muscles connected to the hyoid apparatus, navicular, viral infections and more!

Red light therapy has stimulation effects on mitochondria (the power house of our cells). By stimulating activity within the mitochondria, cells have more energy to function efficiently, rejuvenate themselves and repair damage. Red light therapy may be beneficial for inflammatory conditions, including sore muscles, joint pain and stiffness from arthritis and deep tissue healing. The red light therapy is included in bodywork sessions with no extra charge.
